Two years after launching, we’ve been granted new funds and our text message concierge service is now reaching a new level. Part of the management department, you’ll grow in a fast-growing high-tech environment. In this context, you’ll mainly be working with our two founders.  

Your mission

1. Accounting & finance (80%)

Monitoring accounts

Managing relations with our chartered accountant

Managing supplier invoices and purchases

Managing fraud

 

 2. Human resources (10%)

Assisting in employee management

Ensuring employee morale and putting actions in place to improve wellbeing at work

Organizing team building events (and taking part in them!)

 

3. Admin assistance (10%)

Reception of meetings

Mail and parcel reception

Organising logistics for business trips

Managing internal and external mail, classification, archiving

Answering various employee requests
